Cleaning

On our to do list for a while. Clean the gutter and (hopefully) fix a small leak in one section. Seems like the gutters hadn’t been cleaned for a while by the previous owner as there was about 1cm of muck along the length. Thankfully Jen’s Dad helped hold the ladder and bucket to catch it all.

Being a converted bungalow also meant the gutters are just at the top of the ground floor level. So although I had to go up a ladder it wasn’t crazy heights!

Watched Enchanto in the afternoon. A very good Disney. Catchy songs and a great story. I can see why people are raving about it.

In Jen’s personal journal entry from this time last year she noted that her Mum went to the view the house we are now in. Seems to long ago now! All that excitement and nervousness. We never viewed it in person before we’d bought it but thanks to the wonder of nearby family and video calls we did the best we could from 300 miles away!
