Big humpy bookshelf

I MISSED yesterday!!!

That makes the third day since I started daily photography in May or June 2010. … I can live with that ;)

Today’s shot is the top of the new bookshelf that made it impossible to get through the doorway. Because of this big hump we had to lie it on its side.

We couldn’t tip it on its side, because the diagonal size was greater than the ceiling height. We had to lie it down flat, then tip it up onto its side, then move it, and reverse the process once we’d got it into the study.

That required more room than we had anticipated, so we had to empty and move two bookshelves that were already in there.

Perhaps amazingly, we managed it without a divorce. xP
