M said his farewells to An Tobar today. He officially finishes at the end of the month but has been using up annual leave. He was given an amazing leaving present - one of Eve Campbell’s wall hangings - and some truly lovely words of appreciation for his work over the last 15 years. It all felt very poignant. But he deserves his well earned rest and am sure he will continue to be involved in the art world in some way.
