Frozen

I walked down to the park right after lunch. Blue skies and sunshine but the temperatures remained low: 4C. I don't mind at all. I wore a warm scarf, jacket and mittens and walked briskly.  Not one flower to be seen, though I did find the pond in the park looking pretty, half in the sunshine and half in the shade. The reflection is of the little wooden barrier around the whole pond.

A gorgeous quiet day alone. I've been reading and eating simply without fuss. A busy week next week, so it was perfect to have a quiet day today!
