Lady’s Tower

Tower near Elie in Fife. Known as Lady’s Tower because it was built in 1770 so Lady
Anstruther could have a discreet bathe to herself in the sea, and a bell could be rung to warn the plebs to keep away while she did so! Walked along the Fife Coastal Path from the beach at Elie to the windmill at St Monans and back today.
