Looking for Light

like us, the plants are looking for some sunshine.   Thankfully the relatively cold weather means that the earlyflowering bulbs are not getting too drawn as the search for the light.   This is Corydalis maracandica, native to Central Asia but obtained from an enthusiast who raised it from their own seed.   It's a rare thing in cultivation and new to my collection.

Another quiet day at home with relatively little to show for it.   I did write labels for the SRGC seed which arrived yesterday and sorted lots of old seed that i have saved.  Much of it from the old garden in Norwich but now too old to be worth sowing although I will try a few items that are of sentimental value.   A dull grey walk with Meg later in the afternoon.   Hoping we'll see more sun than is forecast here this week!
