Meandering

Drat, the large area of woodwork in the bedroom needed another coat of paint, but before starting on that MrM and I went to Alnwick to the DIY shop for more bits and pieces. Then a short but well-earned break - a walk on the beach at nearby Alnmouth. In years pre-Covid, the car park would have been almost empty at this time of year, even in such good weather. Today it was packed, and lots of people were out enjoying the sunshine.

A quick stop on the way back for a photo or two of the Aln estuary, meandering through the countryside.

Once home we could put off the painting no longer...
