Back home

Breakfast booked for 9am, had a leisurely English breakfast, checked out of the hotel and on our way home mid morning (managed a quite shot of their stunning chin,eyes, it’s a grade 1 listed building).

Good journey home, decided to have lunch out so found a pub (eventually, although only table was sitting on very high bar stools (uncomfortable) or sitting near a young child who was not getting their way and being vocal. Decided to go to the garden centre locally, as it has a lovely restaurant. Two roast dinners went down a treat followed by cheesecake.

Back home, arranged to visit AJ so went straight there. Having donned up with full PPE - mask, shield, apron, gloves. She is a tad fed up being in her room (they have an outbreak at present) but happy to have A**x* who plays the radio for her, tells her the time, weather and anything else she wants to know. Spent just under 2 hours with AJ, did her exercises for the day and talked about Meatloaf - A**x* played he famous song, AJ doesn’t remember it but said it had a good beat.

Another day off tomorrow before back to work - Austin for the day as still childcare issues).
