The photo on the right, is me about ten years ago weighing 15st 10lbs (95.89 kg), size 20.

The recommendation weight for 5'9 female is 12st (76kg).

The picture on the left is me now having successful JUST broken the 12st barrier, size 12-14!

I have signed up for this years Tough Mudder which is in August. The Tough Mudder is a 12 mile run with 25 challenging obstacles, this will keep my motivation up to get the perfect beach body!
