Snow Bunting - 11

We went to the Wirral today to see if we could see the snow bunting. Amazingly we were fortunate to stop them straight away and they are fabulous little birds. There was a small flock of 5 or 6 and we got a few photos before they flew off. I have no doubt my photo today is pretty much identical to kwdiane. 

I have included a second shot of the snow bunting as an extra as well as a goosander (bird 12) that we saw at the marine lake in West Kirby.

It was a very successful day
