spring at last!!

1st cut of the season. 8-)

Another cracking run today13 miles around the hills abutting the Meon Valley in Hampshire. Lots of lambs and baby cow things out in the fields. Sun was out and a balmy 8C.

That's 49 miles this week and feeling pretty chipper....there hope yet of crawling along the south downs marathon in June and making it alive.
