Another mono day for my dear friend B  who is now totally in the hands of absolutely wonderful  but  'Hospice Carers at Home' -  I paid a visit this morning having got some medical supplies for R.  B was having a particularly bad day but recognised me and managed one of his magical smiles. It's a heartbreaking time.
