Another grey, very still, overcast day, temperature around 5°C and turned very cold mid-afternoon, brrrr ….
Had half an hour or so in the garden, finished pruning the Weigela opposite living room window plus the clematis and honeysuckle which were strangling it! Cuttings went into the green bin as well as the clematis pruning from last week. Raked the bits away taking care not to damage snowdrops, omphalodes verna and other spring bulbs.
Made red cabbage coleslaw to go with baked potatoes, tuna mayo and other tasty salad things.
