Monday Robin

Getting down to Mum's address book today, it's quite a task, the ringing and writing.  Funeral notice and service sheet signed off - we made a meal of choosing a photo of mum we all liked - I'm one of four and we all have a view! I guess working through this sort of stuff is grist for the mill!  Hard to hold on to being kind and working together to honour mum's wishes when we each become attached to a view and our edges are a bit ragged.  It seems a long limbo land to the funeral -10th February.  One of the few good outcomes of Covid is the livestreaming of funerals - especially for Mum's old friends up North, Bristol is a long way to go.  Norway son is planning to come - hurrah!
Did manage a game of tennis and been out for a meal with a couple of art friends tonight so I shouldn't complain!
