Our new Dogwood

We planted a new dogwood tree near the steps up to our little house in Sendai. Got the tree yesterday at the botanical gardens for about 10 bucks. A pretty good deal my wife tells me. It is certainly small and as my wife said it will be fun to watch it grow - if I planted the darn thing right!
