Frilly fungus

I nearly missed this pretty thing nestling amongst the moss beside the path where I was walking. It was only about four centimetres across and I have included an extra taken at more of a distance in order to give scale.
The calm grey mild weather continues with a bit of precipitation now and again but nothing much to test the new weather station.
