Churchyards...

...are really good places for a quick blip on a very dull day. This is St Oswald's in Backford where pretty flowers are beginning to emerge (in extras) and it looks like it will be awash with snowdrops within a couple of weeks. I'd taken the Country Lanes route home from a supermarket trip, hoping to find cattle or agricultural activities in the fields, but there was nothing. In desperation, I stopped at the church. I'll start there next time. It was worth the visit.
