Back Again

Back again to the hospital this morning for father's appointment.  They have now diagnosed the problem as his back, prescribed cocodamol as paracetamol doesn't touch the pain and referred for an urgent physio appointment.

Had to sort out shopping as well.  Head not really in work mode today.

Managed a good power ramble and was on the phone for 44 minutes.  Lol!
