Lying around

It's the start of a new week, and we had to be out of the house so Nara could do his thing. We left early to go through the car wash. G then did her hour, and we called in at Wafi before coming home.

We had planned to go to Chicken Tikka Inn with Diane and her brother for dinner, but they had to cancel. G & I went anyway, as we haven't been in ages. It was great to eat their food again, but it is sadly not as it's been all these years. Another one bites the dust. :(

I returned to work on the 2022 calendar I started back in September. Another stalled project, it's incredible to learn how impossible it is to find the bits you need on the internet to put together a personalised photo calendar that doesn't cost a small fortune! Something so simple took so much time and required several steps.

My blip is of a racing boat (called a Jelboot). There's an empty patch of land near Burj Al Arab beach which has become a dumping ground parking lot for sea-going vessels.
