Blue tit eating

The only shots today were a few of this blue tit. I didn't notice the disturbing branch then. There were many other birds as well (tree sparrows, great tits, a coal tit, blackbirds, a great spotted woodpecker, a magpie), but staying in a shooting position wasn't tolerable in my condition.

My condition being prone to cramps. I had a really terrible night, though I did get some sleep. In between I had very painful cramps and getting up in the morning was a long process trying to avoid them. Better during the day, but in the evening a breadcrumb itched my throat causing coughing and it was intolerable. I dare not imagine what kind of torture a cold or Covid would be together with the cramps.
