Roadmap Out Of Lockdown Step 4b - Day 47

Continuing the Christmassy feel from yesterday...

To the high street this morning for an optician appointment. It was so dark and gloomy that the glowing lights from the shops made things feel very Christmassy, especially as many still had their twinkly lights up, as did this old coaching inn. After my appointment I’d planned to go for a walk around the park but it was so miserable and bitterly cold (3 degrees on the thermometer but felt colder) that I headed straight for the warmth and comfort of home.
