Dan Dan Noodles

This adaptation of a Sichuan street food was my first eye-opener in the world of plant-based food. It looks good, taste is fantastic - and to top it off, no cows were harmed in the making.

In other news: today’s biggest congratulations go to DHL, who managed to “deliver” a package across town to… a place just as far away from me as the point of origin. And they say it takes three days to ship it to where it should have been in the first place. Hooray.
