Burns night supper!
So today is Burns night! Now I'm unfortunately not Scottish but I love Scotland in every single way and we live just 5 miles off the Scottish border.
Tonight the Mrs put an amazing meal on of Haggis Bon Bons (slightly bigger than a bon bon though)
Neeps and tatties mash mixed together and a lovely Whisky & peppercorn sauce.
All of this accompanied with a few of 'The Balvenie 12 year Doublewood' perfect.
But to make the evening even better, we tuned in to Eddie Readers big Burns supper and had some amazing music and stories from the lovely Bonny Scotland!
