Breakfast seminars in Telford this morning but definitely needed more time to digest the subject matter.

Lunch meeting with the college students in which I fill their silence with inane chatter.

An afternoon treat of a trustee bringing cake to the office just as I was really craving a snack.

Pilates and a perfectly delightful social run afterwards.
