Tiny fingers and sweet dreams

This is the latest addition to our extended family; a little girl named Guðrún Ylfa, born December 20th 2021.  We had a really nice time visiting the family today, chatting and admiring this lovely sleeping baby. 

Today it's been 49 years since I fled with my mother and all the other inhabitants in Vestmannaeyjar from an erupting volcano.
