Beef Lasagne

Delicious supper this evening of beef and mixed vegetables lasagne, and it will last for three suppers! It takes rather a long time and effort to prepare, but it is definitely worth it! It is still very cold here but so far we have not had much rain, so winter is slowly passing…. and we will certainly be glad when the temperature starts to rise again!
