RIP Winks

Someone has artfully created a memorial to a person known as Winks by painting a "stained glass" window on a boarded-up building. They took considerable pains to make the "window" beautiful, and they carefully wrote Winks' name in chalk next to the window. Other street artists have respectfully not "tagged" the memorial themselves. Extra is a closeup showing how the memorial was created. I waited for about ten minutes for a person to walk into the photo, but no one came. It's a foggy, cold night in January. I thought about the artist who created the memorial, working alone in the dark, hoping no police would drive by and stop the work.
