Unholy Trinity

The three desserts I made for 'tropical' neighborhood ladies night last evening: sugar cookies with ground macadamia nuts and pomegranate jam, hummingbird cake, coconut/lemon cheesecake. It was unanimously declared that each one was uniquely delicious. Now the arduous task of polishing off the discarded edges and leftover pieces falls to poor Mr. M and I. He just walked off with my portrait subjects, the fiend.

Nineteen days till we leave. Oh.dear.me. I need to get busy.
