Bow wave

Another grey day, although the sun did make an attempt to come out for a short while, but the cloud was quite thick so not a lot got through, or I was too late.
 I had a lovely catch up with a friend today over lunch and then popped across to see which swans, if any, were around.  The two parents and four youngsters are still on the water, though the cob was chasing the youngsters, so guessing they will soon need to be off to allow the parents to lay more eggs for their next brood.
I got down as low as I could without getting muddy knees or falling in the water!
