Batch cooking

I didn't know that was the name of something I have been doing for years: cooking one day for the rest of the week.

Today was the day after a big purchase at the vegetable lorry: spinach, chard, carrots, cabbage (two types), leek, fresh onion, cauliflower (also two types).   All for €6.50!!
