Thank you Kate

Kate gave me a call to see how I was and offered to give me a lift to the doctor where I had some blood taken for tests. Then she took me to a local park where we had a lovely walk and then she bought me lunch, we had crab and avocado on sourdough toast with a poached egg and coffee, it was delicious and so good to see her and a real tonic.
