Lunch

Our attempt to eat better from the market gathered pace with today's lunch of cogollos, anchovies and boiled eggs. All turned out well.  The anchovies from L'Escala up the coast on the Costa Brava were especially wonderful!

Cogollos with anchovy is a local speciality...not sure what the English is for the former apart from mini-lettuce!
