Line of fire

The red sky heralded a grey day, not cold but increasingly windy.
Shopping and Foodbank occupied the morning and after lunch I collected my bike from the bike shop and rode it  home. It has been adapted to give some lower gears but the short journey home wasn't enough to get a full assessment though it does seem to be easier up the hills (it had better be, it cost enough!)
Some knitting and some admin in the afternoon and a run in the evening, taking the smaller group for a shorter and easier run as they get back into it.
