2022 Tuesday — Somedays . . .

Somedays we walk on cement sidewalks; Somedays we walk on asphalt streets; today we walked on a sandy shore. This afternoon leftover foam accentuated the sand, and sea foam between our toes is extraordinary. I think we were all healthier because we walked at the beach today.

A month ago it was Christmas. Today, this was a gift! Wrapped in a little wind, a little chill, and graced with a ribbon of wonder.

Chloe’s leash matches her lavender shirt (which is really a “onesie” I got at the thrift store for 25¢). Her bright turquoise harness was purchased at PetCo for $2 when the store was going out of business.

The two of us enjoyed this almost as much as Chloe & Mitzi did.
