Quiet day in. Coffee and tv. The public television channel here is really good. Shows about business, culture, languages (there are shows to learn Farsi!), the arts, including kabuki, Noh, and classical music. I’m so lucky to have access and the opportunity to feed my mind in a comfortable place where I don’t need to worry. How wonderful.
