Vacant possession?

Not a great photograph, but tells a story - hopefully an ongoing one. I put up a bird house in view of the kitchen window this afternoon. While preparing for Tea, we saw two coal tits around the bird house, each going in turn inside to have a look. I couldn't get to the camera in time, but, having waited a while, I decided that the pair had gone off to the bank to raise a deposit on the mortgage, so I took a photograph of the empty house. Hopefully, in a day or two...
If nothing happens, I'll put up a 'For Rent' notice. If we have any joy, I'll keep you informed, with a paparazzi pic in due time.
