Day of the triffids???

Spotted this metallic flower while out and about and thought of triffids! Yes my mind is a weird place ;-).

The car went for a service today and I had the pleasure of being dropped off and picked up by two very nice Uber drivers. Both foreigners!

The beauty of the Sunshine Coast is that nearly everyone is from somewhere else and helps us not to feel too out of place.
