Today we had a walk through Lodmoor RSPB reserve in Weymouth. Rewarded with seeing loads of lapwings and a heron very close to us. Then walked along the beach to the coffee stop and watched the boys playing with boy toys on the beach - more strengthening of the sea defences with huge chunks of rock being buried under the sand and shingle. Just hope they know what they are doing!
