Lower end of the River of Life

This is by John Piper who was a war artist, printer, painter and stained glass  artist.  However this is not stained glass.  A fibre glass canvas was laid down on site and Piper poured liquid resin onto his design without the aid of lead edges.

The adjacent window depicts the Tree of Life. Both are now suffering their age as the ultra violet in the sun's rays are damaging the fibreglass and the resin is slipping.
