Money plant flowers

When I went out to get something from my car, I found a bunch of youngsters picking apart a money plant (Crassula) just because they could.

I asked them how they would feel if someone pulled bits of their hair and nails out, and all I got in response was “sorrrrrrrry maaaaaaaam”.

A wee while later, one of the really young boys, who had watched what they were doing, picked up the discarded flowers and brought them into the office for each of the girls. When he passed my desk, he popped this wee beauty onto my desk and said, “I hope you can make it better”.

A bit late but I just loved the care he gave the broken stems.
