Yes or no?

Figuring out whether to apply for a new rental appartment or not. They're newly built and will be ready by the end of the year. A building with 24 apartments. I can apply for two of them and can choose between 12 of them. I'm either too young or too old for the other 12. I think I made my choice of two. Now I have to decide if I'm willing and able to pay the higher rent. I've 6 days left to think and decide whether to apply or not.
