Weir Relaxing

After all the excitement of yesterday, today has been a relax day.

This afternoon I (Chris) went over to Hambledon Weir to try some long exposure shots with a 10 stop ND filter. Results were variable and the fact it was overcast for the majority of the afternoon didn't help but those that worked looked pretty much what I'd hoped for. The favourite of them selected by Annie for today's blip.

Now, on to the important results of yesterday's "Spot the Mortar Board" competition. The winning answer goes to Goateebooknerd, who against all odds chose the correct answer. In GBN's words, "I'm guessing the mortarboard was snatched by a passing gull and is now somewhere over the Thames estuary...". Amazing - we certainly didn't think anyone would guess that. ;)
