Full day gala again. In the pool in Hull by 8am. He had to be up at 6:30, poor love. It was worth it though. 2 PBs and a gold and 2 4th places. His hard work and training is paying off. I have been in all day finishing off my presentation for Monday. I'm leading the INSET day. Don't want to go back to work!
