.....  ..it's on top of the' Miss Conduct" a rather posh 'yacht' previously moored as a dinner cruise yacht in New York . It was sailed across  the Atlantic and is now moored in Bristols' floating harbour because the owners say '  Bristol is the best city in the world to live in' .

Are the owner's  Arabs.. Russian.. Hollywood Moguls......?

No! They are just to two ordinary, they say, business people who ran businesses in Bristol and like the place. Sounds good to me.
