The Johannesburg Sportsman’s Lunch is a favourite of Arnie’s, not only does he meet up good mates, but the lunch is usually great, and they have some entertaining speakers.

Today’s speaker was John Allan, aka the Jock Bok, who came to say hello when he heard another Scot had joined the crew that were finishing off some of Arnie’s winnings from the raffle, 3 bottles or red, and a four ball at Wanderers.

We were about to leave when the heavens opened and we got soaked to the skin. Shiv was less than impressed that she got a soaking too.
