I think they're mini Chrysanthemums and are still looking very pretty in the lovely bunch friends brought last Sunday.  

We've been in the eye hospital at Telford for most of the afternoon.  This time for Mr HB to see how the drops have been working.  I'm pleased to say that the long wait was worth it and his very nice lady Consultant is very pleased with him, eye pressures are back to normal and she has signed him off for 12 months, but drops do still need to be administered three times a day - a small price to pay.

Extra: The mystery abstract of yesterday - Turkey, ham and vegetable soup in a 'JamieOliver' casserole and taken at a very odd angle.  Tryfan46 was the closest! and thanks to all for having a guess, or not!
