Snowflake

There is a 20mph speed limit on our residential estate.
This obviously causes at least one "petrol head" so much anguish and visceral rage that they skulk out in the very early hours and take the 20mph signs down. This particular sign is the latest to be taken down and was on the approach to the nursery and primary school.
Difficult to comprehend the mind set.
