Ah-ha

I don't like to remove the seed pods from my coneflowers and salvias, hoping birds will take advantage of the food source.  The pods on the crepe  myrtle are pretty in and of themselves, but I had wondered if they were also attractive to birds ,This American Goldfinch seemed to think so.  Eat away - it's a very large shrub.
