A taste of spring

There were new little lambs at the farm down the road, and I couldn't resist taking some photos of them. I had a hard time deciding whether to blip this one or this. For part of my walk, I was joined by Ripley, one of my favourite neighbourhood dogs. He used to walk with me all the time, and I was always worried that he'd be hit by a car. He roams for miles and has for years. It's been a long time since he walked with me - he usually comes for a quick hello then races off to wherever he's going, so it was nice to have him along today.
