In Flight

I managed to capture this Merganser couple as they took off and as I reviewed my shots I noticed that unlike here, after flying together for a few more seconds, their wings became completely in sync.  I liked this shot because the wings were different. It's better viewed in LARGE.  I have loaded a Kingfisher in extra. 

We are expecting some snow later today so I was happy to be able to get out this morning.  The next few days that may be impossible.  Huntley Meadows was quiet, with very few photographers, but enough bird activity to keep me occupied for a couple of hours.  Time well spent.
